The task and event calendar can be used to track many of our activities and events.

It is very useful to track the tasks that should be done on a regular basis. Keeping track of the tasks will enable us to complete them regularly! Each month has 12 default tasks and 18 custom tasks or events that can be tracked. Users can give a heading for the untitled boxes and track any activity or event.

Following are the examples of tasks and events that can be tracked effectively with the help of this tracker.

House tasks

Computer and phone tasks

Computer backup, Files backup, Mailbox cleanup, Browser history cleanup, note down passwords in a notebook, clean computer, clean phone, delete old messages in phone

Health tasks

Health issues, doctor visits, periods tracking for women, symptom tracking, fasting, yoga, exercise, meditation and diet

Self growth tasks

Good deeds, Earth hour, lessons learnt, recycle a product, clean prayer items, read a book, no computer and gadgets day!

Users can practice earth hour by switching off the electrical gadgets for some time and save power and thus reduce carbon emissions to make the environment clean!

Users can practice fasting twice a month for enhancing their health! Total fasting or juice fasting can be done for 12 to 24 hours depending on their comfort level and health status!

Users should read inspirational and religious books atleast three times a month!

We should also follow a no computer and gadgets day every month by spending a day without gadgets and do activities like house cleaning, yoga, exercises, meditation, book reading and games!

These activities will greatly enhance our physical and mental health and make our mind peaceful and calm.

Users can enter the number of times the activity was done or the event occurred in the main tables and then enter any additional information in the notes section.

Notes section will be useful for entering additional information regarding health issues faced, office leaves, food expenses, shopping expenses etc.
