My health tasks book can be used to keep track of the important health tasks that should be done regularly to maintain our health.

Keeping track of the tasks will enable us to complete them regularly!

Each month has 13 default tasks and 12 custom tasks that can be tracked.

Users can give a heading for the untitled boxes and track any custom health activity!

There are also two notes section for every month, to note down your BP, sugar, pulse, height, weight, BMI, Waist, hip and WHR values.

There is also a table at the end to consolidate these values and note them down!

Some of the tasks are daily tasks, and some are weekly and monthly tasks. If users are not able to do the daily tasks regularly, then there is a target of ten times in a month for these tasks and users can note down the number of times they have completed these tasks in order to achieve the target.

The weekly tasks are fasting and book reading. No computer day is a monthly task.

The target for fasting activity is two sessions in a month. Fasting can either be total fasting for 12 to 24 hours or juice fasting for 12 to 24 hours. Depending on their health status, people can accordingly choose the fasting routine best suited for them.

No computer and gadgets day is a monthly task. Users should follow this day at least once a month. People can spend a day on outdoor activities like games and trekking or indoor activities like yoga, book reading, exercises, house clean activities etc.

Adopting a No computer and gadgets day every month will greatly improve our health.

Doing these health tasks regularly will bring about a positive change in our mental and physical health and give a new direction in our life!

Users can note the count of the activity, every time they complete the activity, in its respective box.

This will help them to know how many times they did the activity and thus enable them to achieve the target for every activity.

Users can also track their custom activities like games, aerobics, gym visits, beach visits, trekking, swimming etc. with the help of this tracker.

Users can refer the example to understand how to use the tracker effectively!

For the book reading activity, users can read religious and inspirational books! They can read for a few minutes and do this activity at least three times in a month!

There is also a full year calendar at the end to note down important days of the year!

This tracker can surely help every one of us to manage our health tasks better and enable us to improve and maintain our health!

Benefits of Fasting

One of the important methods to naturally heal the diseases in the human body is fasting. Fasting makes use of the natural healing power of the human body to heal the diseases in the body.

We should fast at least once a month in order to remove the toxins from our body. And use the body’s natural healing power to heal the diseases and regain health!

People can fast for 12 hours to 24 hours during one fasting session. They can take water during the fasting period. If total fasting is not possible, then people can adopt a juice fast.

People with low sugar problems can also adopt a juice fast or reduce the fasting duration to six hours. Everyone should practice fasting regularly to enhance their health and live a healthy life!

Reading Books

Most of the exercises we practice are primarily focused on promoting the health of the body. It is very important to also include activities that will promote the health of the mind and the soul.

Reading religious books and inspirational books will provide food for the soul and the mind.

Meditation, yoga and breathing exercises will improve the fitness of the mind and good books will provide good nutrition to the mind.

We should make it a habit to read good books and thus provide good food for the mind. Select a few religious or inspirational books and read a small portion daily.

If it is not possible to read daily, then try to read any book for at least three times a month. You will begin to notice subtle changes in your mind where you will be more positive and peaceful. You will be able to deal with stress better and thus have a positive outlook and approach in life.

No Computer and Gadgets Day

Recent Scientific developments have resulted in the invention of numerous devices and gadgets. Though these devices have made our life easy and comfortable, on the flip side, they have made us extremely dependent on them. And some of these devices also have negative effects on our health.

Computers, televisions and phones have made us addicted to them and thus have had a bad effect on our mental health. So, in order to negate the bad effect created by these devices, we have to ensure that we spend some time without these devices on a regular basis.

We can follow a no computer and gadgets day every month and focus on outdoor activities like games , gardening and trekking. Indoor activities like reading books, exercises and meditation can also be practiced.

Though the gadgets have brought a lot of conveniences in our life, they have actually taken us far away from nature. Spending some time, without these gadgets will help us to reconnect with nature. We can greatly enhance our mental and physical health if we practice this regularly!
