Those are the seventy quotes that provide us valuable life lessons. We should assimilate these messages and try to implement them in our life. It will lead to a great transformation and growth within us.

Our lives will be greatly enhanced and we can also make a big difference to other’s lives. So, let us work towards making our life successful and meaningful by imbibing the spirit of these messages in our life.

We can now look at a few more topics that can help us in our life, before we come to the end of this book.

Good and Bad
Both good and bad are very much a part of this world and we probably cannot imagine a world with just one of these components. They are two sides of the same coin.

It is impossible to conceive a world with just light only. We need darkness as well in this world. One of the main reasons why we need darkness is to appreciate light. Unless we have experienced darkness, we cannot appreciate light.

They are the dual principles of the creation, just like joy and sorrow, wisdom and ignorance, good and bad. And since these dualities exist in creation, our life will also be subjected to these dualities.

Our life will have its ups and downs. We have to experience these dualities since they tend to teach us important lessons of life.

Light gives us joy and happiness. Darkness gives us pain and sorrow. And we learn lessons from both. One of the main reasons for bad to exist in the world, is to bring out the goodness of man and to make him grow.

If we were to experience only good things in life, then we will never grow as a human being. Our growth starts only when we start experiencing bad things. Our spirit grows stronger during those encounters and we become wise.

So, the bad things are helping man to understand the value of good things and also make him grow. We develop character and strength when we overcome the bad things. We have to remain strong during the trials and tribulations of life and make our best efforts to overcome them.

We have to accept the good with gratitude and face the bad with fortitude in our life. And that will help us to grow and evolve into a better human being.

The next topic is about the basic concepts of food which will help us in living a healthy life.

Food and Fasting
Food is needed for the human body to sustain life and also to sustain health. Eating the right kind of food gives us good health and also keeps the body strong. So, it is important to eat healthy food to maintain good health.

But, due to drastic lifestyle changes and changes in the diet, we are now plagued by numerous health problems. Many strange diseases have cropped up and some of them can affect the quality of life and some of them can be fatal. And we end up visiting doctors in an attempt to regain health.

In reality, most of the diseases have their origin in bad food habits and it is possible to reverse diseases by simply adopting a healthy diet.

We should increase the intake of natural and green food and decrease the intake of processed food. It is also important to resort to methods that can remove the toxins from the body in a natural way.

One of the important methods is fasting. We should fast at least once a week or once a month in order to remove the toxins from our body. Fasting not only removes the toxins but also uses the body’s natural healing power to heal diseases and regain health.

The body is a highly intelligent system that sustains life with its intelligent programs. And it is already equipped with healing programs that can correct diseases.

But these programs come with some built-in conditions to operate successfully.

So, in order to run the healing programs, we have to provide the ideal conditions. Fasting is one of the important conditions for the natural healing to take place. The other conditions are a diet which has more of natural food.

And in addition, if we also follow the four steps of healing that we discussed earlier, then good health is definitely achievable.

Human body is an extraordinary tool that can take us to our destination, if we use it wisely. If we misuse it, then it gets damaged and we cannot reach our destination. So, focus on the health of the body in order to reach our destination.

The next topic we will see is intuition.

Intuition
Intuition is the inner feeling in us that can guide us in our life. Intuition can access a much higher intelligence than ours and give us the direction we need.

In order to develop good intuition, it is important for the mind and soul to be pure and healthy. A corrupt mind will not be able to use intuition to access the higher intelligence.

We have to remove the impurities of the mind to enable intuition to guide us. The reason why we have a weak intuition is because of all bad thoughts that crowd the mind and bury intuition.

We should first make our mind pure and healthy by removing the bad thoughts. We should inculcate discipline and good habits in our life.

And the soul should also be strengthened by actions like prayer and meditation. Helping others is also a good way to strengthen the soul which in turn will lead to the development of good intuition.

With intuition as a guide, it will be easy for us to get the right direction in our life. So, we should work towards developing our intuition in order to live a fruitful life.

The final topic we will see is the three duties of man.

The three duties of man
The first duty is to take proper care of one self. We should ensure that we maintain our body and mind healthy. We should make efforts to independently take care of our needs without depending on others. We should refrain from bad actions and live a righteous life.

The second duty is to take care of our family. Since our family is dependent on us, we have to take care of the needs of our family members. We should not resort to actions that will create problems for our family. We have a responsibility towards our family and we should fulfil it.

The third duty is to take care of our society. Since we are part of a society, it is imperative for us to ensure that the society is functioning in a free and just manner.

Justice and freedom should prevail in the society. Social evils have to be eradicated and evil people should be corrected.

We need to build a society which is free and fair; a society which is safe for children and everyone. A society has an inherent obligation to its members and it is the duty of the society to ensure that there are no destitute, homeless and orphans in the society.

There should be no outcasts. Everyone should be made a part of the society and we should build ways and means to sustain everyone.

We should integrate everyone into the society by creating jobs, opportunities and other means. It would require intelligent and humane planning to make this a reality. But this is an important responsibility of each and every member of the society. We cannot afford to shirk from this responsibility.

Most of us fulfil the first two duties, but invariably fail to discharge the third duty of ours. We should start focussing on the third duty as well.

Let us try to make efforts to bring about some good changes in the society. If we cannot make a big change in the society, then at least let us do whatever little we can, by helping the poor and the needy in the society.

And surely, the world will be a much better place if we start fulfilling our three duties!

Those are some of the important topics we have seen in this book. I hope this book has helped you to understand life better. We need to introspect to understand where we stand, and then make efforts to work towards our progress.

Focus both on material and spiritual progress to make our life meaningful. Human birth is a precious opportunity and let us make the best use of this opportunity to learn the important lessons of life.

Wishing everyone success in your efforts to become better human beings. Thanks for reading the book!
