The Chakra exercise is a simple exercise to balance the chakras in the body.

Users can adopt the prayer pose or any other mudra during the session

Start the session by concentrating on normal breathing for sometime

Users can chant the chakra sound once and move on to the next chakra sound.

The final sound will be Om which has to be chanted thrice!

Chant these sounds daily to balance the chakras and enhance the health of the body!!





The following are the Chakra sounds:

1 ) Lam - Mooladhara - Root chakra

2 ) Vam - Swadishtana - Sacral chakra

3 ) Ram - Manipura - Solar plexus chakra

4 ) Yam - Anahata - Heart chakra

5 ) Ham - Visuddhi - Throat chakra

6 ) Om - Ajna - Forehead chakra

7 ) Om - Sahasra - Crown chakra
