The following Yoga exercises are shown one by one and then repeated in a cycle:

1 ) Deep breathing
2 ) Hold your breath
3 ) Abdominal breathing
4 ) Right nostril breathing
5 ) Left nostril breathing
6 ) Alternate nostril breathing
7 ) Slow breathing
8 ) Sit straight and motionless
9 ) Hands above head pose
10 ) Bend front and rise

Users can complete all the yoga exercises in one day or can complete as many as they can and resume the remaining exercises later!

For the hold your breath activity, you can take a deep breath and hold your breath for sometime

Abdominal breathing is done by moving out the belly while breathing in and move in the belly while breathing out.

Right nostril breathing is done by closing the left nostril and breathing through the right nostril for sometime.

Left nostril breathing is done by closing the right nostril and breathing through the left nostril for sometime.

Alternate nostril breathing can be done by pressing your thumb on the right nostril and breathe out gently through the left nostril.

Now breathe in from the left nostril and then close the left nostril with the ring finger and little finger.

Remove the right thumb from the right nostril, breathe out from the right.

Breathe in from the right nostril and close the right nostril with the thumb and exhale from the left nostril. That will complete one round.

You can complete a few rounds of this type of breathing!

Doing these yoga exercises daily will make a big difference to our health!
