The following simple exercises are shown one by one
and then repeated in a cycle:
1 ) Raise hands above head and bring down a few times
2 ) Bend front and rise a few times
3 ) Chest stretch
4 ) Feet stretch
5 ) Palm stretch
6 ) Rotate Head
7 ) Rotate eyes
8 ) Rotate left arm
9 ) Rotate right arm
10 ) Rotate both arms
Users can complete all the exercises in one day or can complete as many as they can and
resume the remaining exercises later!
Doing these simple exercises daily will make a big difference to our health!
