The following yoga exercises are shown one by one
and then repeated in a cycle:
1 ) Breath in slowly and breath out slowly
2 ) Hold your breath
3 ) Left nostril breathing and Right nostril breathing
4 ) Alternate nostril breathing
5 ) Hands in prayer pose in front of chest
6 ) Raise hands above head in prayer pose
7 ) Sit straight and motionless
Left nostril breathing and right nostril breathing is done by closing the other nostril for sometime and then breath with just one nostril
Alternate nostril breathing is done by breathing in from the left nostril and then breath out through the right nostril.
Now, breath in through the right nostril and breath out through the left nostril. Repeat for a few rounds.
Users can complete all the yoga exercises in one day or can complete as many as they can and
resume the remaining exercises later!
Doing these yoga exercises daily will make a big difference to our health!
